Roles and Responsibilities As a AREA SALES MANAGER you will be responsible for overseeing the overall sales operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring business growth. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: a. Managing and Leading the Sales Team You will be responsible for managing and guiding our sales team, consisting of: • 2 Sales Executives • 2 Techno Sales Executives • 2 Foot-on-Street Persons • 5 Back Office & Marketing Team Members(Support team) b. Achieving Sales Targets • You are expected to drive monthly and annual sales targets through your team. • Implement sales strategies to boost product sales and ensure profitability. c. Sales Strategy & Planning • Formulate and execute result-oriented sales strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. • Develop and implement effective market penetration strategies. d. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key clients. • Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships. e. Performance Monitoring • Monitor and evaluate the performance of your team regularly. • Provide training, feedback, and guidance to the team to enhance productivity. • Submit monthly performance and progress reports to the management. ________________________________________ 3.
