Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Digital Consultant Lead / Field Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, an understanding of digital products/services, and the ability to generate and manage leads in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for digital products/services in assigned territory.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive revenue.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to management.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Guide and mentor junior sales staff where required (for Digital Consultant Lead role).

• Strong knowledge of digital solutions or willingness to learn quickly.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Negotiation and closing skills with proven track record in sales.

Requirements:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in field sales / business development / digital sales.

• Minimum 60% marks in Graduation or 12th Standard.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
