Job Title: Field Relationship Manager (FRM)

Job Description:
We are hiring a Field Relationship Manager (FRM) to support our Tenant Relationship Manager (TRM) team. The TRM collects tenant requirements such as property type, budget, and preferred location. Based on these details, the FRM must identify suitable houses and help tenants finalize rental or lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Find suitable homes based on tenant requirements shared by the TRM team.
Coordinate with property owners and tenants.
Arrange property visits for tenants.
Assist in closing rental or lease agreements.
Maintain good relationships with property owners and tenants.

Requirements:

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for property visits.
Experience in field sales or real estate is an advantage.
