Job Summary
Job Point HR Solution is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to expand our client network and increase business. The candidate will lead the field sales team, generate new business, maintain client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. Field sales managers are typically responsible for territory planning, coaching sales teams, monitoring performance, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B clients for recruitment and HR services.
Meet HR Managers, Company Owners, and Business Decision Makers.
Sell manpower recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions.
Lead, train, and monitor the Field Sales Executive team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for client requirements.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Field Sales or B2B Sales.
Experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, or staffing is preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
