Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to identify potential candidate pools in local markets, colleges, institutes, and employment hubs.
Job Responsilities:
Source candidates through offline channels such as community networks, job fairs, placement drives, and referrals.
Explain job roles, responsibilities, and benefits to candidates during field interactions.
Screen candidates for eligibility, communication, and job fit before shortlisting.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Maintain daily MIS reports of sourcing activities, leads gathered, and conversions.
Build strong relationships with local vendors, training centers, skill institutes, and employment offices.
Ensure achievement of hiring targets and closing positions within timelines.
Promote company brand during field sourcing drives and recruitment events.
Handle basic documentation, onboarding support, and joining formalities of selected candidates.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
