Field Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – New Air Conditioning Sales (Female)

Location: Noida

CTC Range: ₹50,000 – ₹85,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, dynamic, and professionally presentable Sales Manager (Female) to lead new air conditioning sales initiatives. This is a field-oriented, target-focused role requiring proactive client engagement, strong networking, and consistent revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development for air conditioning sales in assigned territories.

• Actively plan and execute field sales activities, including client visits and meetings.

• Establish, maintain, and grow professional relationships with:

  • Architects

  • Interior Designers

  • Real Estate Broking Agencies

• Fix, attend, and convert meetings into business opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Identify upcoming projects, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, technical support, and closures.

• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, MIS reports, and client records.

Job Nature

• Field-based role with frequent site visits and external meetings.

• Travel required as per business and project requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning / Building Materials / Real Estate–related sales (preferred).

• Dynamic, confident, and professionally well-presented with strong communication skills.

• Aggressive sales mindset with proven ability to meet and close targets.

• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in the field.
