Edyell is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager who will be responsible for building and managing a Pan-India sales team, driving business growth, and strengthening dealer relationships across regions. The role requires extensive field involvement, team leadership, and strategic execution to expand the brand’s market presence.
Build, manage, and scale a Pan-India field sales team across multiple states
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales executives to achieve targets
Drive primary and secondary sales through the team and dealer network
Travel extensively to visit field sales personnel and dealer locations to build strong relationships
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners
Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure timely achievement of sales goals
Implement sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities in coordination with management
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular sales reports
Ensure proper execution of brand visibility and merchandising at dealer points
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) for smooth execution
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities
Proven experience in Pan-India sales operations
Ability to work independently and handle extensive travel
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Data-driven approach to sales planning and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Experience in building and managing field sales teams across multiple regions
Experience in dealer/distributor-based sales models preferred

Travel: Extensive Pan-India travel required
