Position sales manager,direct sales team and relationship Manager
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for leading branch operations and driving business growth for home loan and
mortgage products. It involves achieving sales targets through team management, market
development, and strategic partnerships. The position focuses on expanding customer acquisition,
ensuring compliance, maintaining portfolio quality, and delivering a superior customer experience
across all branch activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch sales operations, including business development, customer service,
and compliance.
Drive home loan business growth through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, builder tie-ups,
and open-market channels.
Build and maintain strong customer and builder relationships to maximize business value and
cross-sell opportunities.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team; recruit high-performing talent while fostering
engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
Monitor branch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes, maintain portfolio
quality, and control NPAs.
Oversee collections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality.
Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommend strategies
to enhance business outcomes.
Execute promotional campaigns, contests, and innovative initiatives to boost customer
Required Qualifications and Skills:
2–5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC; exposure to Loans
Against Property preferred.
Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales; strong local market
knowledge and established regional network.
Proven ability to lead sales teams and manage branch-level P&L.
Strong business development, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
High motivation, self-starter attitude, and bias for action in a high-performance environment.
Strong analytical skills to track performance and drive profitability.
Working knowledge of Excel and sales MIS tools
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field
Fresher salary 3 lakh
Home loan mortgage loan experience 5 lakh
Personal loan credit card Loan 4.50
