नौकरी का विवरण:

हम अपनी बीड़ी ब्रांड की बिक्री बढ़ाने के लिए मेहनती और जिम्मेदार फील्ड सेल्स एक्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार को बाजार में जाकर रिटेल दुकानों और वितरकों से संपर्क करना होगा, ऑर्डर बुक करना और बिक्री बढ़ाने के लिए रणनीति बनानी होगी।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

1. फील्ड में जाकर बीड़ी उत्पादों की बिक्री करना

2. रिटेल दुकानों और वितरकों से नियमित रूप से संपर्क बनाए रखना

3. ऑर्डर लेना और समय पर डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित कराना

4. बाजार की जानकारी इकट्ठा करना और रिपोर्ट बनाना

5. बिक्री लक्ष्य (Sales Target) को समय पर पूरा करना

योग्यता:

1. न्यूनतम 10वीं पास

2. फील्ड सेल्स का अनुभव (बीड़ी/ FMCG में अनुभव हो तो प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)

3. स्थानीय क्षेत्र की अच्छी जानकारी

4. प्रभावशाली बातचीत और समझाने की क्षमता

5. दोपहिया वाहन और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना अनिवार्य है
