Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve sales targets, volume, and market share objectives in the assigned territory.
Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans in alignment with company goals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution coverage in North
Bengal.
2. Distributor & Channel Management
Appoint, manage, and develop distributors to ensure effective supply chain and
product availability.
Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock levels, claims, and credit management.
Ensure distributor profitability and efficiency through regular business reviews.
3. Market Execution & Visibility
Drive visibility, merchandising, and brand presence in the General Trade channel.
Implement trade promotions, schemes, and consumer offers effectively.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and trade dynamics to recommend corrective
actions.
