Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

 Achieve sales targets, volume, and market share objectives in the assigned territory.

 Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans in alignment with company goals.

 Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution coverage in North

Bengal.

2. Distributor & Channel Management

 Appoint, manage, and develop distributors to ensure effective supply chain and

product availability.

 Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock levels, claims, and credit management.

 Ensure distributor profitability and efficiency through regular business reviews.

3. Market Execution & Visibility

 Drive visibility, merchandising, and brand presence in the General Trade channel.

 Implement trade promotions, schemes, and consumer offers effectively.

 Track competitor activities, pricing, and trade dynamics to recommend corrective

actions.
