Field Sales Manager

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager – Rajasthan to join our team at Garden’s Need Pvt. Ltd. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building strong customer relationships, leading regional sales operations, following up on leads, and maximizing revenue opportunities across the entire Rajasthan territory. The candidate will identify prospects, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth through regular field visits and client meetings across the state.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives, along with strong career growth opportunities. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Rajasthan territory for sales and business development.

• Conduct regular and mandatory field visits across Rajasthan.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and client visit targets.

• Close sales through cold calling, client meetings, product presentations, and direct field visits.

• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned market segment.

• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.

• Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within Rajasthan.

• Submit regular sales reports, visit reports, and performance updates to management.

• Ensure timely payment collection from clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and service execution.

• Guide and support junior sales staff (if assigned in the region).
