Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve
revenue targets, expand the customer base, and develop strong client relationships. This
role involves strategic planning, team leadership, performance tracking, and collaboration
with marketing and product teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Set sales targets for the team and ensure their achievement.
Forecast sales trends and provide regular updates to senior management.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual KPIs.
Motivate team members and foster a high-performance sales culture.3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints professionally.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Business Development
Identify new market opportunities and client segments.
Work with business development teams to generate leads and close deals.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports.
Use CRM tools to monitor pipeline activity and manage customer data.
Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Solid understanding of sales techniques, forecasting, and customer lifecycle
Preferred Skills:

Product knowledge and confidence in product detailing

Salary Range: ₹18,000 -₹35,000per month (based on experience and interview
performance)
