Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and driven Field Sales Team Leader to spearhead our on ground sales operations in Bangalore. This is a revenue focused leadership role where you will build, train, and manage a team of 10 to 12 Business Executives, drive monthly revenue targets, expand market penetration across Bangalore retail outlets, and lead from the front by generating sales and demonstrating ChattyBao's products to prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Hire, train, and mentor a team of 10 to 12 Business Executives.
Monitor daily field activities and ensure sales discipline within the team.
Set performance goals and give regular feedback to ensure targets are met.
Build a culture of accountability, learning, and achievement.
Sales Execution
Conduct on ground sales visits, walk into retail outlets, meet business owners, and schedule demo appointments.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations of ChattyBao solutions.
Pitch and sell subscription plans to merchants, ensuring personal and team revenue quotas are achieved.
Identify new opportunities to grow ChattyBao's presence across Bangalore's retail ecosystem.
Client Relationship Management
Build long term relationships with merchants to drive renewals and upselling.
Act as the primary escalation point for client issues within your team.
Gather market insights and customer feedback to improve sales effectiveness and product adoption.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years experience leading a field sales team, subscription based product sales preferred.
Proven track record of consistent revenue generation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Kannada and English is a must.
Ability to recruit and manage a high performing field sales team.
Minimum undergraduate degree required.
Highly motivated, target driven, and comfortable with on ground, face to face sales.
