Operations Management
Oversee the operational performance of all branches within the zone.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, processes, and service standards.
Improve operational efficiency and productivity across locations.
Coordinate with support functions to ensure seamless operations.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and motivate Branch Managers and zonal staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training and development needs to enhance team capability.
Build a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
Financial Management
Monitor branch profitability, expenses, and budget adherence.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
Monitor audit observations and ensure timely corrective actions.
Minimize operational and financial risks across the zone.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Resolve major customer complaints and escalations promptly.
Strengthen customer retention and loyalty through effective relationship management.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Prepare and present zonal performance reports to senior management.
Track KPIs and recommend improvements based on performance analysis.
Conduct regular branch visits to assess operations and support branch teams.
Candidates Preference
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
8–12 years of experience in the Old Gold Buying, NBFC, banking, or financial services sector.
At least 3–5 years in a multi-branch leadership or regional management role.
