Job Profile:-

1. To identify potential Financial Advisors ,recruit them from your natural contact , references.

2. To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process , regulations , sales , soft skills.

3. To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor , generating their Code.

4. Set targets for advisors, review them , consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them

5. Designing contests , arranging campaign s for lead generation of prospective clients , advisors.

6. Reporting in to the Branch Manager
