Responsible for promoting Business Loans under the Micro Banking vertical, achieving business targets, completing loan documentation, supporting credit assessment, and ensuring smooth disbursement and repayment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Business Loan products to target customers.
Identify potential clients through market survey, field visits & cold calling.
Collect KYC documents and conduct initial eligibility checks.
Provide required information to Credit Managers for assessment.
Complete all formalities for loan disbursement as per company guidelines.
Ensure timely repayment and maintain strict credit discipline.
Provide post-disbursement service and routine client visits.
Train Trainee Relationship Officers (TROs) when assigned.
Communicate product updates to clients.
Qualifications
Graduation (any stream)
Age Criteria
Freshers: Up to 28 years
Experienced: Up to 32 years
