Field Sales Manager

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Paan Masala Division

Location: West Bengal.
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in FMCG or Tobacco-related field sales
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of paan masala products across assigned territories through direct field visits

• Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and stockiest.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

• Execute promotional campaigns and product demonstrations at retail points

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the sales manager

• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies

• Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of visits and orders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in FMCG, tobacco, or related sectors

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets

• Familiarity with local geography and market dynamics

• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations

• Basic proficiency in regional language(s) and Hindi.
