Field Sales Manager

Position: Field Sales Officer / Sales Manager – Loans

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Officer / Sales Manager with experience in the Loan & Financial Services industry.

The candidate should have good knowledge and experience in one or more loan products such as:

- Home Loans

- Business Loans

- Personal Loans

- Loan Against Property (LAP)

- Other Retail & Business Loan Products

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and source leads independently through field visits, market networking, references, DSAs, connectors, and other channels.

- Identify potential customers and approach clients directly for loan requirements.

- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

- Source, coordinate, and manage cases from lead generation to successful disbursement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and market associates.

- Follow up regularly with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth case processing and timely closure.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.

- Develop new market opportunities and continuously generate fresh business.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in loan sales / financial services / banking / DSA business preferred.

- Strong field sales and lead-generation skills.

- Candidate must be capable of independently sourcing leads and generating business from the field.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.

- Experience in any one or multiple loan categories will be considered.
