Job Description

This is readymix manufacturing company in kundrathur, mambakkam, madhavaram

Sales & Business Development: Identify upcoming projects, generate new leads, and convert inquiries into orders to achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Technical Assistance: Visit construction sites to offer technical support, assist with concrete mix selection, and resolve complaints.
Market Analysis: Analyze competitors and market trends (e.g., pricing, demand) to formulate effective marketing campaigns.
Sales Logistics & Collection: Coordinate with the plant for dispatch, follow up on payments, and resolve outstanding issues to ensure timely collection.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred.
Experience: 1–5+ years of experience in sales/marketing, specifically within the construction materials or ready-mix concrete industry.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel), ability to read project plans, and knowledge of concrete grades/applications.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to construction sites.
