Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote our products and generate new business through direct customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in door-to-door sales and be passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to identify and generate new leads.

• Meet prospective customers and explain company products/services.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

• Submit daily field activity and sales reports.

• Collect market feedback and competitor information.

• Coordinate with the reporting manager for sales updates and business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate.

• Door-to-door sales experience is Advantage.

• Two wheeler must

• Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Must possess a positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
