Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for selling products/services, meeting customer needs, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers in assigned territories to present and sell products/services.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide daily reports on customer visits, leads generated, and sales achieved.

• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support business strategy.

• Ensure proper branding and merchandising at retail locations (if applicable).

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Attend trade exhibitions, industry events, and product launches.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
