Training & Work Structure
Initial 6-Day Fast-Track Plan
● Days 1–2 (Training): Intensive session on product knowledge, sales pitch mastery, and the full registration workflow.
● Days 3–6 (Field Work): Immediate on-the-ground application in your territory. ○ Daily Expectation: 8–10 property visits and securing 4–6 high-quality, interested leads.
Upon completion of your intensive 2-Day Training, your performance tracking begins instantly. We expect measurable results from Day 1 of your field work.
● Monday – Thursday (High-Intensity Field Activity): Dedicated to systematic territory coverage, generating new leads, meeting property owners, and collecting essential data.
● Friday (Registration & Conversion Day): Dedicated follow-up and finalization of successful registrations. Non-Negotiable Weekly Target: You must onboard a minimum of 10 successful house owners or shopkeepers every Friday. This ensures you meet your monthly probation goals.

Essential Requirements:
● Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales, B2C/Direct Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.

● Tools: Must own a smartphone and have basic digital literacy for data collection.
