We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to join Zenfab. You will be responsible for visiting construction sites, meeting architects, and closing deals for our aluminum and glass railing and partition products. This is a field-heavy role that requires local travel and active customer engagement.
Lead Generation: Visit new construction sites, villas, and apartments to identify sales opportunities.
Relationship Building: Meet and pitch our products to Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders.
Site Visits: Take basic site measurements and explain technical specifications to clients.
Deal Closure: Follow up on leads and close orders to meet monthly targets.
Reporting: Maintain a daily log of visits and follow-ups.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Basic Degree.
Language: Must be fluent in Telugu (for local vendors/contractors) and English (for architects/premium clients).
Vehicle: Must own a Bike and have a valid Driving License.
Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and using a smartphone for reporting.
Attitude: Strong negotiation skills, polite behavior, and a "never-give-up" attitude.
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
Fuel Allowance: Provided separately based on field travel.
Commission: 1% commission on the total value of every order closed.
Target: Commission kicks in after a minimum monthly sales target of ₹2 Lakhs.
