Community Sales Executive / Sr. Community Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Team Leader (TL)
This is a field sales role requiring direct customer interaction to promote and sell ACT’s broadband services. Responsibilities include door-to-door sales, lead generation, and closing deals through referrals and canopy-based activities.
· Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned clusters.
· Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local marketing.
· Explain broadband services and packages to potential customers.
· Complete customer documentation for service activation.
· Maintain customer database and track follow-ups.
· Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Represent ACT with professionalism and integrity.

Age: 22 to 38 years
Languages: English (mandatory), Kannada & Hindi
Experience:
- Community Sales Executive: 1–3 years
- Sr. Community Sales Executive: 3–7 years
Industry: Telecom, Internet & Broadband (mandatory)
Must own a bike with valid Driving Licence or Learning Licence
Should be willing to work in field sales
Must be presentable with good communication skills
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to those with relevant telecom or broadband field sales experience.

Working Days: 6 days/week
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: One weekday (between Monday and Thursday)
