Job Title: Ambient Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Job Summary

Gyan Dairy is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Ambient Sales Executive to drive sales of dairy and FMCG products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for increasing product availability, onboarding new retail partners, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate sales in the assigned territory.

Visit distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and local markets regularly.

Onboard new retailers and distributors.

Ensure product availability and visibility in stores.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain healthy relationships with distributors and retail partners.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG or Dairy Field Sales.

Graduate preferred.

Local area knowledge is mandatory.

Experience in the same industry will be preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

Own Bike is mandatory.

Valid Driving License.

Age: Up to 35 years.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹22,000 CTC per month

PF & Other Company Benefits

Travel Allowance: ₹150 per km (or as per company policy, if applicable)

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
