• Qualification- Graduates with a minimum of 9 months of relevant sales experience.
• Candidates must own bike, with a valid Driving License (DL).
• Woking Time- 9:30am to 6:30 pm
• Work Responsibility -
Manage and maintain relationships with existing paid subscribers of IndiaMART.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular client engagement and support.
Drive renewal of existing subscriptions by building strong customer relationships.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IndiaMART's products and value-added services.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues in a timely manner.
Achieve monthly revenue targets through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling activities.
