Key Responsibilities
• Close sales through various methods such as cold calling, online demos, presentations, and direct client visits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify prospective clients and develop creative sales strategies to increase conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Report sales performance, market feedback, and insights to management regularly.
• Manage, update, and grow the client database effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Job Requirements
• Minimum Qualification: Any graduate Diploma (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Experience: 0 to 3 years in sales / business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing.
• Basic proficiency in computers, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Added Advantage)
• Experience selling software, SaaS, or B2B services
• Knowledge of salon, spa, or local service businesses
