Job Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Digital Consultant – Team Lead for a 100% field sales role. The position requires strong B2B acquisition expertise along with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in field sales, cold calling, new client acquisition, and team handling within a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Individual Sales (Field Role)
Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B acquisition targets.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
Generate new business through cold calling and lead conversion.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure revenue growth.
Daily office reporting before field movement for demo planning.
Team Leadership
Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Conduct daily performance reviews and pipeline tracking.
Accompany team members on joint calls for mentoring and deal closure.
Monitor conversion ratios, sales funnel, and productivity metrics.
Drive team motivation and ensure achievement of collective targets.
Required Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Acquisition / Field Sales.
Experience in companies like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Just Dial, Byju’s, Housing.com, Quikr preferred.
Proven track record of achieving field sales targets.
Prior team handling / mentoring experience preferred.
Mandatory hands-on experience in cold calling and field prospecting.
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.
Minimum 60% in Graduation OR 12th standard.
