Job Description

Wiom Broadband is looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell broadband services in various cities across Uttar Pradesh. This is a field-based role ideal for candidates passionate about sales, technology, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial areas to promote Wiom Broadband services

• Explain product plans, offers, and installation procedures to prospective customers

• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and ensure sales closures

• Handle customer queries and assist in form-filling and documentation

• Conduct area surveys to identify potential customer clusters

• Coordinate with the backend team for timely installation and activation

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

• Submit daily reports of field visits and customer interactions

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline

• Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome

  • Prior experience in broadband/telecom/DTH sales will be an added advantage

• Mandatory:

  • Must own a bike with valid license

  • Familiarity with local areas and routes

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work independently on the field

• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset

• Basic technical knowledge of broadband/internet will be helpful

• Problem-solving and customer service attitude
