The Sales Officer will support the sales and distribution activities in the assigned territory. The role includes dealer visits, site visits, painter engagement, product promotion, and achieving monthly sales targets. Ideal for fresh graduates who want to grow in field sales and the paint industry.
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Promote Dulux products to dealers, retailers, contractors, and painters.
Support in generating new leads and onboarding new dealers.
Visit dealers regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
Understand dealer requirements and coordinate with the distributor for stock supplies.
Follow up on payments, billing, and basic account reconciliation.
Conduct field visits to identify potential new markets and shop opportunities.
Execute product sampling and shade recommendation at sites.
Participate in local marketing activities, painter meets, and promotional events.
Meet contractors/painters at project sites to introduce products and shade cards.
Guide customers on basic product usage and surface preparation.
Report site-level demand and coordinate material delivery with the distributor.
Maintain daily visit reports (DVR) and update customer information.
Assist in collecting market intelligence (competitor pricing, new launches, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation for orders, deliveries, and collections.
Education: Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / smartphone apps for reporting.
Two-wheeler mandatory (if required by territory).
Willingness to travel in field and meet customers daily.
