Job Description: Senior Agency Manager / Agency Manager / Unit Manager
Location: Bathinda, Punjab – 151001

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a strong network of prospective Agency Partners and insurance advisors.

• Conduct regular meetings and ensure empanelment and activation of APs and advisors.

• Update sales progress with requisite information to support business growth.

• Obtain and analyze information to track market targets and achieve business objectives.

• Engage in field sales and joint calls to increase business penetration.

• Drive ongoing sales training for advisors and contribute to their performance improvement.
  
  Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have completed full-time graduation (mandatory).

  • Preferable age: up to 32 years.

  • Willingness to work in field sales.

  • Must be a local candidate with a strong social network.

  • Two-wheeler is mandatory.

  • Excellent communication skills and a presentable personality.

  • Preference given to candidates with an insurance background (Life/General/Health) and minimum 2 years of agency sales experience.
