Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation

 Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential markets, clients, and strategic

partnerships.

 Utilise CRM software to track prospects and follow up on leads.

Client Relationship Management:

 Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

 Adress client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Sales Closing:

 Convert prospects into customers by guiding them through the sales process.

 Negotiate contracts and finalise deals to meet sales targets.

Collaboration:

 Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with sales campaigns.

 Work closely with the customer support team to address client needs post-sale.

Reporting and Tracking:

 Regularly update the CRM with sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline progress.

 Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Experience:

 Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role.

 Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

 Knowledge of sales techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

Skills:

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).

 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

 Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Education:

 A Master's degree in Business and Marketing

Additional Requirements:

 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

 Target-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience in a specific industry, Advertising would be a plus.
