Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our distribution network in the cosmetic industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing market penetration.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with distributors to maximize sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels.
Monitor sales performance and provide strategic guidance to distributors.
Conduct product training and promotional activities.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in FMCG/cosmetic sales & distribution.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Should be handling Delhi ncr.
