Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹19,000 per month + Incentives (Based on Sales Targets)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in field sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and appointing a strong dealer network, collecting orders and payments, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint new dealers in assigned regions

• Build strong relationships with dealers and channel partners

• Generate and collect orders from dealers on a regular basis

• Ensure timely payment collection from dealers

• Plan and execute effective sales and collection strategies

• Meet monthly sales and collection targets

• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management

• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and collections
