About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving on-ground sales conversions.

Job Requirements:

● Have minimum 1 year of field sales experience

● Own a bike & valid driving license

● Currently reside in the target locations

● Are confident in meeting colleges, hospitals & student communities

● Are strong in communication, follow-ups, and conversions

Responsibilities:

● Daily visits to nursing colleges, hospitals, training centres

● Generating quality leads from field activities

● Conducting on-ground counselling sessions

● Achieving weekly and monthly enrolment targets

● Maintaining visit reports and activity trackers
