Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Vk Traders. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximising sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16500 - ₹22000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit shops, warehouses & local businesses to generate new clients for parcel bookings.

• Explain the logistics rate card, services & daily pickup process.

• Convert interested leads into active, regular booking clients.

• Coordinate with the backend team for pickup scheduling & parcel updates.

• Maintain daily client visit report & follow-ups on WhatsApp/CRM.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilise technology effectively are essential.
