Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected professional from a real estate background who can identify, approach, and onboard builder projects. The candidate will be responsible for establishing strong partnerships with developers and bringing exclusive inventory to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source new real estate projects from builders and developers.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, promoters, and channel partners.
Negotiate and finalize tie-ups with builders for project marketing and sales.
Conduct market research to identify upcoming and high-potential projects.
Coordinate with internal sales teams for project launches and promotions.
Ensure all agreements, documentation, and approvals are completed smoothly.
Maintain a database of builders, projects, and ongoing deals.
Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in real estate business development or builder sourcing.
Strong network with builders and developers.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
Ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
