Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Field Executive is responsible for executing field-level activities, visiting Schools/ITI’s, collecting information and Enrolment student, and ensuring smooth on-ground Enrolment. The role requires frequent travel and direct interaction with Schools & Iti’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations/Schools & Iti’s as per daily schedules

• Promote company NASSCOM project and explain features & benefits

• Collect customer information, documents, or payments (if applicable)

• Conduct Drive batches, inspections, or verifications as assigned

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Schools and Iti’s. 

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Report field activities and submit required documentation on time

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

• Ensure compliance with company policies and field protocols

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

• Proven experience in field work, sales, or customer handling is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
