Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FMCG - Spices)

Company Name: Apla Masala (आपला मसाला)

Role & Responsibilities:

Visit Kirana stores and general retail shops in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas daily.

Promote and sell our range of 5 premium quality spices (Turmeric, Chili Powder, and Masalas).

Achieve daily targets by visiting 30-40 retail outlets and securing new orders.

Ensure timely collection of payments from shopkeepers and maintain sales records.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers (retailers).

Requirements:

Candidate must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving license.

Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in FMCG sales is preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with the geography of Navi Mumbai,kamothe, kalamboli

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month.

Attractive performance-based incentives on every sale.

Petrol allowance (as per company policy).
