Job Description: Vibrant Propmart is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

 Actively engage with potential customers through field visits, calls, and networking.

 Present and promote real estate properties to clients based on their needs and preferences.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

 Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers.

 Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently.

 Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

 Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

 Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

 Experience: 0-2 years in sales (Real estate experience is a plus).

 Skills:

o Strong communication and negotiation skills.

o Confidence in handling client interactions and closing deals.

o Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

o Basic knowledge of the real estate market.

 Must have: Own vehicle for field visits (Male).
