About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales & Business Development Intern to join our team in Pune.

The role involves visiting local shops, introducing Venio to business owners, explaining the platform's benefits, and assisting merchants with registration and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local shops and interact with store owners.

• Introduce Venio and explain its services.

• Assist merchants with registration and onboarding.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses.

• Conduct daily field visits in assigned areas.

• Maintain basic records of store visits and onboarding activities.

• Share daily progress and feedback with the team.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with local shopkeepers.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to communicate in Hindi or Marathi; basic English is an advantage.

• Duration: 8–12 weeks

• Working Hours: As per internship agreement
