Sales Executive – Products & Services

Job Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

1. Focus on the sale of products and services to potential customers within the assigned location/region.

2. Travel to designated areas to introduce and maintain product/service supply to target consumers and existing clients.

3. Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

4. Educate clients/customers on how products/services can benefit them financially and professionally.

5. Arrange meetings and visit clients/customers to demonstrate product and service features, encouraging repeat purchases or subscriptions.

6. Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.

7. Generate new leads within the assigned locations.

8. Maintain records/database of all sales leads (current and potential customers) and accounts.

9. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously and maintain rapport with customers.

10. Drive overall company sales growth.

11. Prepare and submit sales reports to the reporting manager.

12. Update CRM system regularly.

13. Follow up for advances and balance payments from customers.

14. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

Experience:

• 0–3 years of sales experience

• Education: Any Graduate

• Language preference: English, Hindi, and any local language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Marathi)

• Previous sales experience preferred

• Ability to multitask and follow processes

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Excellent customer service skills

• Active listening and effective sales skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented

• Flexible to travel as required
