Job Title: Field Sales Engineer – Paytm

Role Summary:
We’re looking for energetic Field Sales Engineers to promote and sell Paytm’s QR machines, Soundbox, and EDC (card swipe) devices to merchants and retailers. The role involves visiting shops, onboarding new merchants, and ensuring they use Paytm’s payment solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Visit shops and businesses to sell Paytm QR, Soundbox, and EDC devices.

• Onboard new merchants and help them start digital payments.

• Meet daily/weekly sales targets.

• Explain product features and benefits to merchants.

• Maintain good relationships and resolve merchant issues.

• Report daily visits and sales updates to the manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Any qualification (minimum 10th/12th pass).

• Experience: Freshers to 2 years in field sales are welcome.

• Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Must know the local language.

• Should be comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.

• Willing to travel within the assigned area.
