Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for on-ground customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversions. This role requires spending 80% of the time in the field visiting customers, dealers, and markets, and 20% on office-based activities like reporting and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable vehicle options.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and dealer partnerships.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Manage end-to-end sales including negotiation, documentation, and deal closure.
• Coordinate between customers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Maintain reports, update CRM, and provide market insights.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (automotive preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Must own a two-wheeler for daily commuting.
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
