Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-field role for a Field Sales Executive at 91Trucks. The position involves direct customer engagement, lead generation, and increasing sales of used commercial vehicles (such as Mahindra Bolero, Tata Ace, Maruti Super Carry etc) by implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. The job requires spending 80% of the time in the field and 20% on office-based activities such as reporting and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers and build long-term relationships.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and partnerships.
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive conversions.
• Manage end-to-end sales operations, including deal closure and coordination.
• Ensure seamless communication between customers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Provide market insights and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach.
• Proven experience in field sales and lead generation.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Own a two-wheeler for daily commuting (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
• 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation any field.
