A Field Sales Executive is responsible for meeting customers in person, promoting products/services, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly
Maintain customer relationships and follow up on payments
Submit daily visit and sales reports
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team
Requirements:
Any graduate / 12th pass (depending on role)
0–3 years of field sales experience (freshers can apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel locally
Two-wheeler preferred
Salary & Benefits (example):
₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month
