Job Title: Field Sales Executive – GPay Merchant Credit Loan

Job Location: Gwalior

Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and onboard merchants for GPay Merchant Credit Loan services. The role involves visiting small and medium businesses, explaining credit loan products, and helping them apply for loans through the GPay merchant platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential merchants and shop owners to promote GPay Merchant Credit Loans.

Explain product features such as loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and benefits.

Assist merchants in completing KYC and digital loan applications on the GPay platform.

Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the team leader or sales manager.

Collect and report market feedback and competitor activities to management.

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies during sales and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: 8months–1.5 years in field sales, merchant acquisition, or fintech loan products.

Skills:

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Basic understanding of digital payments or loan products.

Good interpersonal and negotiation ability.

Comfortable with fieldwork and merchant visits.

Smartphone handling and app installation knowledge.
