We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of premium interior décor products, including laminates, veneers, and Australian adhesives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients (architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers), and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients through field visits, calls, and networking.
Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of laminates, veneers, and adhesive products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle: inquiry, quotation, negotiation, order closure, and payment follow-up.
Conduct product presentations and participate in industry events and exhibitions.
Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and product improvement suggestions to management.
Ensure product visibility and proper display at dealer locations.
