Role Overview:
As a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing merchants across key industry verticals, including F&B, FMCG, Hospitality, Healthcare, and more. This role involves direct fieldwork, building relationships with merchants, and driving growth by offering tailored solutions and ensuring long-term success for the accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchant Acquisition: Onboard new merchants in your allocated geography and offer tailored solutions to suit their needs.
Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Growth Focus: Understand industry dynamics and work on solutions to grow the merchant network.
Requirements:
1-3 years of sales or business development experience.
Graduate with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong ethical standards and discretion with customer dealings.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and demonstrate results.
Drive, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop strong relationships and work as part of a team.
Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
Must have a 2-wheeler and be willing to work 6 days a week.
Note: This is an on-field role, requiring frequent travel within the designated geography.
