Work experience range: 6 Months to 1 year

Annual CTC: 24,000 per month + 2500 Rs Travelling Allowance + Average 3000 Rs per month incentive on the basis of actual sales  = Total 24,000 monthly CTC

The final compensation will include a fixed component, allowances, and performance-based incentives.

Work Model: Work from Office and 6 days’ a week

Skills Required:

·        Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills

·        Prior sales experience, particularly in industrial packaging

·        A proactive, results-driven attitude is important, along with the ability to work independently. 

Role & Responsibilities:

•        Sales and business development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

•        Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

•        Needs assessment: Understand client needs and pain points to provide customized packaging solutions for product safety, transport, and storage.

•        Sales target achievement: Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

•        Market analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

•        Product promotion: Effectively promote and sell products, which can include corrugated boxes, wooden pallets, crates, stretch film, and other industrial packaging materials.

•        Technical guidance: Provide technical guidance and recommendations on the best packaging materials and methods to enhance cost efficiency and product safety.

•        Administrative duties: Manage client accounts, generate sales reports, and handle administrative tasks related to sales and customer orders.
